Professionally, Lindsay is a USAT Level 1 Certified Triathlon Coach. She also holds a masters degree in biomedical engineering with a concentration in human biomechanics from the University of Michigan. She has completed extensive research on metabolic expenditure of sport, optimization of stride and speed, balance, fuel use and the effects of mobility on longevity and independence.
Recreationally, Lindsay strives to be an inspiration for other females looking to start or return to sport. With an ever evolving resume that includes being a 4x Ironman 140.6 finisher including one world championship, 4x Ironman 70.3 finisher, winner of multiple age group races in both sprint and olympic distance triathlon and multiple invitations to USA Triathlon nationals, she highlights that consistency, passion and a good sense of humor can get you anywhere you want to go.
Lindsay is both an endurance coach and athlete. With over 5 years of experience, she not only sees triathlon as a sport, but also as a science. A self-proclaimed data enthusiast, Lindsay excels in movement efficiency and the “why” behind sports science.
