As a triathlon coach and sports nutritionist, I stand for a balanced plan that delivers the power my athletes need while reducing injuries and motivating them to push themselves further than they have in the past.
I believe that you have to go slow to go fast, and that is why I adapted the Zone 2 training system. This system focuses on fat burning and aerobic capacity training, helping athletes increase their endurance and overall fitness.

I was referred to Coach Dax by my partner’s co-worker because I was looking for someone to help me with nutrition and train for a Marathon.
I had run before. but I would always hit a wall so I could never really get those long distance runs in because I didn’t understand nutrition I had my first meeting with Coach Dax and we talked about what my goals were and he asked if I had any interest in a triathlon and it was something on my bucket list but I’m a runner so I was like well let’s see but his enthusiasm was just it was so contagious I was like well and after he got me in the water I was hooked I loved it
I signed up for my sprint in an Olympic and with his guidance he taught me how to Swim Effectively because all I would do is sit by a pool and he taught me how to bike because I hadn’t been on a bike since I was a child and he taught me most importantly how to fuel he gave me different examples of things I could use for fueling he told me how fueling worked the proteins versus the carbs and gave me all the science behind it which I really enjoy and then most importantly he told me when to fuel which was my biggest hurdle besides actually learning to swim and bike and then I completed a sprint in an Olympic and signed up for a 70.3 which was something I never thought I would do but I could tell you as soon as I crossed that finish line I knew with Dax’s guidance I would be able to complete a full Iron Man which I did after about a year and 1/2 of training with Dax I WENT FROM NO SWIM NO BIKE TO A FULL IRON MAN so Coach Dax is your guy as long as you want someone who’s gonna be encouraging and supportive.
